The First Real Job
My first real job in IT came in the mid 80's working at a local branch office of a major utility company that was just in the process of automating its 400+ offices across Canada. I had been hired on to implement a new IBM System/36 (model 5364). It was a ground-floor opportunity that I was hoping would lead to a position at the company's head office, in Toronto....

Hi there, and welcome to the show.
After many years as a MultiValue developer, gleaning knowledge from the generous contributions of others, I thought it was about time that I gave something back to this community. This blog is my attempt.
I'm a pretty busy guy, so I don't expect that this will be a high-volume blog, but I hope that the posts will be useful to both the old-timers and new recruits on the MultiValue scene.
